Our Shipping and Guarantee Policies
Shipping for all Bearded Dragons will be UPS or Fed Ex Next Day Air. There must be someone at home to sign for your Bearded Dragon (Our guarantee will be void if we do not have a signature on the first delivery attempt). We will send a tracking number for your purchase so you can better judge the time your dragon will arrive. We guarantee a live arrival and take special care to package our dragons properly. If you receive a dead dragon, you must contact us immediately to make arrangements to ship the dead dragon back to us within 24 hours. All of our dragons come with a 10-day health guarantee, if something happens during that time, we will need proof of a vet-check and we will replace your dragon with a similar one when available or refund your money minus shipping cost. We do not accept Returns for any dragon.
We cannot guarantee color, as computer monitors do not always display colors correctly.
